By accessing and using the services of BMC Equipment Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

BMC Equipment Solutions provides:

• Import and export services for various commodities
• Logistics and freight forwarding services
• Trade facilitation and brokerage services
• Market consultation and business development support
• Custom clearance and documentation services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
• Use our services only for lawful business purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days

BMC Equipment Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, government regulations, or natural disasters.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of BMC Equipment Solutions or our licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kiev, Ukraine.
